The present invention relates to an English learning management system using a phone call between a teacher and a student and more particularly, to a telephone English learning management system capable of improving the learning efficiency and satisfaction of lessons and implementing professional and efficient learning management. With the system, a student requests a pre-lesson for a level test to a teacher in charge of a real lesson and then gets a telephone English lesson by selecting a suitable lesson and teacher; processes such as pre-lessons, schedule changing, or application for lessons are instantly executed through a student page or teacher page provided by the management server without an extra service center; instant and efficient schedule management can be implemented by automatically managing schedules of teachers or students according to pre-lessons, schedule changing, or application for lessons and confirming schedule information of others in case of pre-lessons, schedule changing, or application for lessons; a fee for lessons can be set according to the principle of market economy through auction between teachers or students; a message for lessons or consultation can be transceived between the teachers and the students in real time; and the learning efficiency and satisfaction of the lessons can be improved and professional and efficient learning management can be realized by allowing the students to request an extra mentor performing the consultation and learning management of the students besides the teachers of the lessons.
