PURPOSE: A magnesium manufacturing device is provided to prevent health harmful effect on a worker by improving workability and the working environment. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium manufacturing device comprises a retort (10), a heating furnace (20), a condenser (30), and a briquette container (50). The reduction reaction of magnesium oxide is implemented inside the retort by inserting magnesium ore briquette into the retort. The heating furnace is installed on the outside of the retort, and heats the retort. The condenser is connected to the retort, and condenses magnesium vapor which is generated in the retort. The briquette container, which is accommodated with the magnesium ore briquette inside, is inserted into the retort. The briquette container comprises a cylindrical body unit, an insulation unit, and a fixing unit. |
