摘要 The present invention relates to a mobile terminal capable of visible light communications with beamforming and more particularly, to a mobile terminal comprising: an LED array consisting of two or more LED light sources each having a unique code; an LED driver circuit for driving the LED light sources of the LED array; a signal converting unit for converting information to be transmitted through the LED array and transmitting the converted information to the LED driver circuit; a visible light transmission module having a control unit which controls the LED driver circuit; and a visible light reception module for receiving visible light transmitted from the outside to detect information from the received visible light, wherein the LED driver circuit of the visible light transmission module allows the LED light sources of the LED array to transmit information including the unique codes of the LED light sources and if an external terminal device receives the information and transmits response information indicating a unique code with the highest receive sensitivity, the visible light reception module receives the response information and detects the unique code therefrom, and the control unit of the visible light transmission module controls the LED driver circuit to strength the output of the LED light sources respectively having the unique codes indicated by the response information.
