Disclosed are a head-up display capable of compensating a double image generating on a wind shield, a compensation device of the double image, and a method thereof. The present invention includes: a depth control unit to adjust a space of sub images placed between a main image and a ghost image; a heading angle control unit to adjust an angle at which the sub image is located from the main image; and an intensity control unit to adjust the brightness of the sub image. Therefore, the present invention can further improve visibility of the head-up display and show the double image as a three-dimensional image.
