Adrenal glands, kidneys and cellular tissue of reproperitoneal space are separated from parietal fascia of abdomen. Arterial parts of vascular pedicle of left and/or right adrenal gland are exposed. Venous parts of vascular pedicle of left and/or right adrenal gland are exposed. Aortal component of vascular pedicle of left and/or right adrenal gland is formed.
