PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus capable of acquiring a static image of high image quality with desired timing during execution of photographing a moving image of high image quality.SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus comprises: an imaging unit 12 for acquiring image data by imaging a subject; a part determination unit 11d for determining a specific part of the subject in an image expressed on the basis of the image data; a part change determination unit 11e for determining the secular change of the part of the subject determined by the part determination unit; and a control unit 11a for changing a photographing condition in accordance with the result of the determination by the part change determination unit. The part determination unit determines a first part of the subject in the image and determines a second part estimated from the first part, and the part change determination unit determines the secular change of the second part. |
