PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit that produces, with higher conversion efficiency, low voltage power enough for the operation of an actual electric circuit or the like from high voltage power generated by a power generation element with high output impedance for generating low current minute power.SOLUTION: A step-down control circuit 14 holds a MOSFET (M1) off until a storage voltage of a capacitor C2 rises to half a maximum output voltage of the power generation element, turns the MOSFET (M1) on when the storage voltage of the capacitor C2 rises to half the maximum output voltage of the power generation element, and turns the MOSFET (M1) off when the storage voltage of the capacitor C2 reaches two fifths of the maximum output voltage to supply low voltage power stored in a capacitor C4 to a load. |
