PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paired lighting type luminaire and an illumination lamp fitting that can be provided at low costs.SOLUTION: A paired lighting type luminaire, a porch light, 1 comprises a master unit 7 mounted with a master unit light source unit 21 and a slave unit 9 mounted with a slave unit light source unit 21. The master unit 7 comprises a power source unit 15 that performs conversion of commercial power received and outputs the power converted. The master unit light source unit 21 receives the power from the power source unit 15 at the time of lighting. The slave unit 9 is connected to the master unit 13. The slave unit light source unit 21 receives the power converted from the power source unit 15 via the master unit 7 in synchronization with timing of the lighting of the master unit light source unit 21.
