PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave sensor capable of selectively detecting a predetermined wavelength without using an optical filter, and an electromagnetic wave sensor device including the electromagnetic wave sensor.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave sensor 100 includes a temperature detecting section 4 and an electromagnetic wave absorbing section 3 thermally connected to the temperature detecting section and having at least an electromagnetic wave incident surface formed of a metal 12 and detects an electromagnetic wave entered into the electromagnetic wave absorbing section through the electromagnetic wave incident surface. The electromagnetic wave absorbing section 3 has a plurality of grooves 11 (11a and 11b) formed in parallel to each other at a constant groove period in two directions mutually intersected, and a groove depth h, a groove width w and a groove period p of the groove are selected so as to induce surface plasmon coupled with an electromagnetic wave having a specified wavelength included in the electromagnetic wave entered into the electromagnetic wave absorbing section. |
