PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet loaded on a processing tray from being pushed out by a buffer sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device includes: a processing tray 29 on which a conveyed sheet is loaded; a buffer part which buffers the conveyed sheet to eject the sheet to the processing tray as a buffer sheet; and a sheet bundle carry-out part which moves while nipping the sheet loaded on the processing tray to eject the sheet from the processing tray. The sheet bundle carry-out part nips the sheet loaded on the processing tray when the buffer part ejects the buffer sheet.
