PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which is excellent in bondability of a light-emitting element to a mounting member and has high light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device (100) of the present invention includes: a light-emitting element (10) comprising a substrate (11), a light-emitting element structure (13) provided on the upper surface side of the substrate, and a bonding layer (15) which is provided between the substrate and the light-emitting element structure and includes a metal reflection film or a dielectric multilayer film; a mounting member (20) on which the light-emitting element is mounted; and a bonding member (30) which is a sintered compact of metal particles (35) and bonds the lower surface side of the substrate of the light-emitting element and the mounting member to each other. |
