PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage element capable of suppressing transient degradation of output even when a thickness of a separator is thinned.SOLUTION: A power storage element 10 includes: a positive electrode 410; a negative electrode 420; a separator 430 arranged between the positive electrode 410 and the negative electrode 420; and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The negative electrode 420 includes non-graphitizable carbon as a negative electrode active material. The separator 430 has a thickness of 10 to 30 μm and a gas permeability of 10 to 180 seconds per 100 cc. |
