The rescue film structure has multiple air pockets which are arranged over the entire surface of the floating film. The air pockets are blown up over mouth valves. A power source, an illumination device, a global position system (GPS) transmitter, food containers and drinking water reservoirs are arranged. The air pockets are interconnected by the air ducts.
