<p>The headlamp has a projection module with a reflector, a light source, a lens (1), and a spring that is located between the reflector and lens aperture. A shield limits dark limit of light beam of light source for generating predetermined light distribution. The optical unit is arranged so that portion of light emitted from light source is directed into region above dark boundary for detection of traffic signs. The optical unit is formed by several micro-optical elements (6) that are distributed on light-entry-side surface (2) and light-exit-side surface (3) of lens.</p> |
