PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for formation of film connective tissue that can form film connective tissue of a desired thickness and that can form a desired surface condition on both sides of connective tissue.SOLUTION: Double-faced connective tissue formation surfaces 3 for forming connective tissue are made to oppose each other. A film connective tissue body formation base material 1 is arranged in an environment in which a biological tissue material is present. Film connective tissue is formed on the connective tissue formation surface 3. Both sides of the film connective tissue are formed to correspond to the connective tissue formation surfaces 3. An interval between the connective tissue formation surfaces 3 is set appropriately. The film connective tissue of a desired thickness is formed. The connective tissue formation surface 3 is formed to into a smooth surface. Both sides of the connective tissue are formed into a desired surface condition such as a smooth surface.
