PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire bending device and a wire bending method capable of performing highly accurate bending work.SOLUTION: A shift base 30 is installed in a case 1 so as to be movable in directions lateral and perpendicular to a wire feeding direction, a rotation receiving cylinder 41 is installed in the shift base 30, and a hollow bending pivot 42 is rotatably disposed therein to constitute a pin bse rotational part 40. A pin base 12 having two bending pins erected thereon is held to be indirectly slidable on the diameter of the pivot with respect to the upper end of the bending pivot 42. The shift base 30 is slid to set one pin as a bending center and the other pin as a bending pin, and a wire fed between the two bending pins is bent around one of the pins by the other pin while rotating the pivot 42. |
