PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film which is excellent in water/oil repellency, water slipping-down property, and transparency and is high in surface hardness, and to provide a coating resin composition for forming the coating film.SOLUTION: The coating resin composition contains: a polymer (II) obtained by polymerizing 20-100 pts.wt. of a monomer (d) to 100 pts.wt. of a polymer (I) obtained by polymerizing 7-30 wt.% of a polymerizable alkylsiloxane-based macromonomer (a), 15-30 wt.% of a monomer (b) comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group, and 50-70 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic acid-based monomer (c) other than the monomer (b); and a (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer (III) having a hydroxyl group. |
