PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in conventional grilled food made only with a heater, especially for a food product with thickness, in many cases, the outside of an object to be heated becomes high-temperature, but an inner temperature is hard to rise, and heating by heating steam makes heating inside better than by heater heating, but in many cases, the surface of an object to be heated hardly becomes a brown burnt color like by radiant heat of a heater.SOLUTION: When cooking grilled food, an object M to be heated is heated using steam S, and simultaneously, the top surface of the object M to be heated is browned by radiant heat of a grill heater 3 so as to have the inside heated moist by steam heating, and make the top face of the object M to be heated brown burnt colored, and consequently, it is possible to improve both palate feeling/outer appearance, and to provide an excellent cooking result. |
