PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine transfusion device and a medicine transfusion method with less likelihood of interference between component members of the device and a syringe.SOLUTION: A medicine transfusion method using a medicine mixing device 10 according to the present invention is provided to transfuse medicine by using a syringe 11 held in a syringe holding part 16. A medicine cassette 12 with medicine containers 17 held in port holding parts 18 is lifted while maintaining a horizontal attitude from a lower position 15b of a device body 15 to an upper position 15c of the device body 15 by a cassette lifting part 13, after which the medicine cassette 12 with a center part of the syringe holding part 16 being interposed between two adjacent port holding parts 18 is turned to place the center part of the syringe holding part 16 under the port holding parts 18 so that transfusion to the medicine containers 17 held in the medicine cassette 12 is carried out by using the syringe 11. |
