The method involves pushing a special urethra catheter into a urethra according to an intervention. A segment (4) is utilized for transferring suction on a surrounding tissue and positioned in a layer in a region of a surgical seam (6) and/or a defect in the urethra. Low pressure is formed or held over the lumen. A transmissive segment (2) of the catheter is extended in the urethra towards urethra opening outside at a penis. An interface (1) is positioned in a middle area of the penis PE according to the surgical intervention.
