<p>The present invention relates to a device and a method for detecting an application and a recording medium therefor. An application detection device according to the present invention comprises: an interface unit for receiving a target application selection, which is to be analyzed, from a user after outputting a list of applications and a file list of the applications that are installed in a wireless terminal device; an analysis unit for, after extracting a character string in an application file of an application selected through the interface unit, analyzing pattern of the extracted character string to extract analysis result information including at least one among IP information which the application accesses, domain name information, and a monitoring target API use information; and a storage unit for storing the analysis result information extracted by the analysis unit in a recording medium.
