The present invention relates to a mounted distress location identification apparatus which generates a distress signal automatically by a luminance detecting sensor and a position sensor as a safety pin is detached as soon as the apparatus is ejected, and a protection bag and a streamer are developed sequentially as water-soluble yarn is melted in the water, and a switch is operated as the water-soluble yarn of a tube cover is melted, and performs SOS messaging, flash function, infrared ray function and silence function of turning off a light emitting element according to an operation signal of the switch. The mounted distress location identification apparatus of the present invention includes: the protection bag which is opened and closed up/down and left/right by the water-soluble yarn; the streamer which has a fixed length and is kept in the protection bag by being folded and bound with the water-soluble yarn; a plurality of struts arranged on one side or both sides of the streamer; and at least one automatic distress signal transmitter which is arranged in the streamer and generates the distress signal automatically or manually. |
