PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an air filter frame is provided to have an effect capable of mass production of an end frame attached with a filter by adhering foamed urethane on both sides of the end frame without manufacturing a separate frame for accommodating adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a filter frame in which adhesive is accommodated in an end frame (20) in a rectangular plate form where the adhesive is coated in order to fix both ends of filters overlapped to multiple folds at an adhesive manner comprises the followings: an installation stand (30) in which a longitudinal plate (31) and a cross plate (32) are at right angle is installed to be inclined to 45 degrees; a first side end (21) between both ends in the longitudinal direction of an end frame is closely adhered to the cross plate of the installation stand; a rear surface (22) of the end frame is installed to be closely adhered to the longitudinal plate; the upper part of the end frame closely adhered to the longitudinal plate is installed to be arranged with inclination to front; and a first foamed urethane is attached to have a fan-shape cross section so as to be contacted to a first end part positioned in the longitudinal direction of the front surface which is in perpendicular to the one side end of the end frame closely adhered to the cross plate, and the longitudinal plate. |
