摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus in which a degree of freedom of frequency characteristics of an ultrasonic wave capable of being output is enhanced by rise time and fall time of a rectangular wave being suppressed.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises: a transformer configured so as to include primary winding and secondary winding; ultrasonic vibrators; a power source: and drivers. The ultrasonic vibrators are driven by a voltage induced by the secondary winding and transmit ultrasonic waves toward an inspection object. The power source is connected to one ends of the primary winding. FETs are connected to the other ends of the primary winding, receive a pulse signal and connect/disconnect the primary winding and the power source. The drivers control at least any of rise time of a signal to the primary winding when connecting the primary winding and the power source and fall time of a signal to the primary winding when disconnecting the primary winding and the power source by controlling a current value of the pulse signal per hour.
