PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a form face plate so as to resist a wind load acting on the form face plate of a scaffold-cum-form, on the occurrence of a strong wind and a wind gust caused by a typhoon and a severe atmospheric depression.SOLUTION: An elevating form, which includes a work platform and a form for a concrete placing object section, is lifted/lowered with respect to an existing concrete section exerting strength because the placing has already been completed. When the form is arranged in the state of overhanging upward from the existing concrete section, a lateral batten 31 is attached to a form face plate 26 or a form frame 36 of the form 15. The lateral batten 31 is held by being laid between concrete-hardened column bodies 28 having already been constructed on both sides of a wall section. |
