PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce current consumption in providing the function of correcting a termination resistance.SOLUTION: A termination resistance correcting output driver dummy 12 compares a voltage at a junction of a combined resistance and a reference resistance Rref pseudo-connected together with a predetermined reference voltage, and a controller 14 controllingly changes a select signal #2 output to the termination resistance correcting output driver dummy 12 and, on the basis of the result of comparison in a comparator 12a, specifies the select signal #2 that makes an output impedance of the termination resistance correcting output driver dummy 12 closest to the reference resistance Rref. On specifying the select signal #2 output from a selector 15 to the termination resistance correcting output driver dummy 12, the controller 14 sets the select signal #2 to an output driver 11 as a select signal #1, and sets to the termination resistance correcting output driver dummy 12 the select signal #2 changed so as to stop a flow of current through the termination resistance correcting output driver dummy 12. |
