PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery capable of suppressing damage of an electrode group.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes: an electrode group 10 including a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator; a case 20 having an opening 20a and storing the electrode group; a sealing body 30 closing the opening of the case; a spacer 50; and a nonaqueous electrolyte stored in the case. The spacer 50 is in contact with the electrode group 10 and the sealing body 30, maintains the distance of the electrode group and the sealing body, and fixes the relative position of the electrode group 10 with respect to the case 20. |
