PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preserving distillation residual liquid for a long period without decaying it.SOLUTION: In a preservation method of distillation residual liquid, which is a method for recovering and preserving the distillation residual liquid remaining after distillation of a fermentation solution, when producing bioethanol by steps for: obtaining a fermentation treatment product by performing a saccharification treatment of a substrate comprising biomass in the same tank by diastatic enzyme and by performing fermentation treatment by fermentation germ; obtaining the fermentation solution by separating a component including a solid matter from the fermentation treatment product; and obtaining ethanol by distilling the fermentation solution, calcium cyanamide is added into the distillation residual liquid so that a nitrogen concentration derived from the calcium cyanamide agrees with a concentration in the range of 0.08-0.8 mass%. |
