PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling mechanism used for a recording medium obtained by continuously and temporarily bonding labels to a belt-like mount sheet, and especially, capable of making a peeled label on peeling means easy to view, when the label is peeled from the belt-like mount sheet by folding the belt-like mount sheet in a direction opposite to a conveyance direction, by the peeling means.SOLUTION: The peeling mechanism includes: transportation means having a conveyance roller 34 for conveying a recording medium 40 obtained by continuously and temporarily bonding multiple labels L to a belt-like mount sheet; peeling means 2 provided in the middle of conveyance of the recording medium, and pivotally supported by a rotation shaft 5 so that the downstream side rotates, for peeling the label by changing direction of the belt-like mount sheet D; a pressure roller 3 pressed by the conveyance roller, at the downstream side of the peeling means, for sandwiching, between the conveyance roller and the pressure roller, the belt-like mount sheet of which direction is changed at the peeling means, and conveying the belt-like mount sheet; and rotation means 4 for rotating the downstream side of the peeling means. |
