PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control heating by controlling rotation of a rotating body provided in relation to a pot.SOLUTION: A heating cooking device comprises: a pot for accommodating a heated object; a heating part for heating the pot; a lid body that can be closed to cover the pot; a rotating body that is rotatably attached to the lid body on a side facing the pot; and an agitation motor 24 for rotating the rotating body. A heating sequence includes a step to boil the heated object. A main CPU 10a for controlling heating of the heating part controls, in the boiling step, the heating part to change a thermal dose by comparison of the number of rotations made by the rotation body and a current value of the motor to be detected with respective predetermined values. |
