The present invention provides a brake control device of vehicles and a control method thereof capable of performing optimized rotation brake by controlling the brake pressure of a wheel according to yaw variations of a vehicle during rotation brake control and applying the frequency of a wheel slip to a performance condition of real rotation brake control causing the generation of the yaw. The brake control device of vehicles includes a brake sensing part sensing the brake intent of a driver, a rotation sensing part sensing the rotation of the vehicle, a wheel speed sensing part sensing the wheel speed of the vehicle, and a control part determining a slip rate of a rear wheel of the vehicle based on the sensing result of the wheel speed sensing part when the vehicle is performing the rotation brake and determining whether the rotation brake control is required based on the slip rate.
