摘要 A manufacturing method of the present invention manufactures a plurality of sea-island type composites having different average optical thicknesses using sea-island type extruded capture and does not need a specific bonding layer or a protection layer inside a core layer by combining the composites in a melting state. Furthermore, a skin layer does not go through a specific bonding step by being formed on one or more surfaces of the core layer in the melting state. The manufacturing costs are remarkably reduced, and an optical matter property is maximized in the restricted thickness. In addition, a reflective polarizer manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention may achieve superior optical matter property by enabling the hardware polymer to have a plate shape when the reflective polarizer includes a smaller number of double reflection polymers than the existing reflective polarizer including the existing double reflection polymers. The reflective polarizer may wholly reflect the S wave of a visible ray wavelength area by being formed as a plurality of groups having different average thicknesses.
