PURPOSE: An instant roasting device is provided to smoke the meat by making the charcoal of a birch or an oak by integrally installing a main body of a roasting container and a vertical wood inserting unit. CONSTITUTION: An instant roasting device comprises a main body of a roasting container, a vertical wood inserting unit, and a support leg. The main body includes a space in the inside and is formed in a square box shape or semi-cylindrical shape in which an upper part is opened. The vertical wood inserting unit is equipped on one end of the main body, and a lower part is communicated to the main body and an upper part is opened. The support leg is installed on the rear surface of the main body and supports the main body to the specific height.
