The present invention relates to a hot and cold water dispenser with a water bag, which uses a disposable water bag instead of a recyclable water container, thus preventing harm to the health of a user induced by bacterial growth due to difficult washing of the water container when re-using the water container and preventing the injury of a user by disabling the operation of a bag pin of a sharp shape for opening the water bag when the cover of a main body is opened. To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention comprises a storage part including a hot water container and a cold water container; a main body installed on the top of the storage part and including a cover of the main body; a water bag inserted and extracted from the main body; and an operating part for supplying pure water contained in the water bag to the storage part, wherein the operating part comprises a second lever including a bag pin at the end and a pin-fixing member for maintaining the insertion of the bag pin in the water bag. |
