The present invention relates to a fiber filtering device integrated with an ultraviolet lamp capable of filtering and sterilizing foreign materials and microbes included in water and selectively treating water according to use; and a water purifying device using the same. The fiber filtering device for filtering water according to the present invention comprises a housing having a plurality of input holes punched to be immersed in a filtering water tank to introduce water; a fiber filtering member installed on the outer surface of the housing to induce a chemical reaction via a coated photocatalyst while filtering floating materials in the water; an ultraviolet lamp contained in the housing to sterilize the water being introduced from the input holes and the fiber filtering member by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the water and the fiber filtering member; and an axial discharging pipe connected in an axial direction to discharge filtrate sterilized by the ultraviolet lamp. And the water purifying device using the fiber filtering device integrated with an ultraviolet lamp comprises the above-mentioned fiber filtering device integrated with an ultraviolet lamp; a domestic water tank for storing water discharged from the fiber filtering device integrated with a ultraviolet lamp; a water purifying filter diverging from a filtrate discharging pipe connecting the domestic water tank to the fiber filtering device into a diverging pipe to purify the filtrate; a stop valve installed on a water purifying tank for storing purified water discharged from the water purifying filter, and on the filtrate discharging pipe to control the flow of the filtrate; and a conversion valve installed on the converging pipe to convert the flow of the filtrate to the water purifying filter.
