A leaf/casement installation (1) provided with at least one movable leaf/casement (10) is disclosed. It additionally comprises an operating element (60), which is fitted on a relevant, at least one movable leaf/casement (10). The operating element (60) is configured to bring about, during operation, a first change in state of the installation (1). The leaf/casement installation (1) further comprises at least one actuating element (42; 44, 45) which operates in a contactless manner. This is designed likewise to bring about, during actuation, the first change in state of the leaf/casement installation (1) or else a now second change in state of the leaf/casement installation (1), which the first change in state makes possible. The actuating element (42; 44, 45) is positioned such that it senses a region (43, 46) around the operating element (60). This region (43, 46) is configured according to the invention such that, when the actuating element (42; 44, 45) senses an object as being located in the region (43, 46) monitored by the actuating element (42; 44, 45), this represents a state in which it is assumed that it is desirable to bring about the first change in state of the leaf/casement installation (1). Consequently, the actuating element (42; 44, 45) is actuated in this state, which results in the first or second change in state of the installation (1) being brought about. |
