PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage management device which can perform control and management according to a deterioration state of each module in a power storage unit. SOLUTION: A power storage management device 1 notifies a central management unit 4 of power storage condition information including temperature information of each module 2 managed by each module management unit 3 via a communication line 5. In the power storage management device 1, the central management unit 4 is equipped with identification number update means for updating an identification number of each module management unit 3 based on the temperature information acquired from each module management unit 3. Thus, it is possible to change priority of the identification number according to degree of deterioration in each module 2, and perform control and management according to a deterioration state of each module 2. Also, by assigning identification numbers with higher priority to the module management units 3 giving notices of higher temperature in order, it is possible to preferentially detect the module 2 in which deterioration is progressing due to high temperature.
