PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding plate panel structure having sufficient in-plane shearing resistance performance while reducing processing or construction labor for joining a corrugated plate or a folding plate to a frame material. SOLUTION: In the folding plate panel structure in which the frame material is joined to the folding plate 11 bent to have projections and recesses in cross section, the frame material comprises two first frame members 32 respectively joined to parallel directional both ends to ridge lines formed by bending the folding plate 22, and two second frame members which are not joined to perpendicular directional both ends to the ridge lines 28.
