<p>The apparatus has a coating unit (7) that is connected with a reservoir for coating liquid (1) through a conduit (5). A collecting unit (9) is provided for collecting the excess coating liquid. The collecting unit is provided with a valve (15) that is connected with a pressurized receptacle. The reservoir is equipped with a compressed air source (17), a vent valve (25) and a riser pipe (19). A control unit (3) is provided to regulate the valve, the vent valve and the compressed air source. An independent claim is included for a method for coating metal components with a coating liquid.</p> |
