<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple coating method by which a random gradation pattern having excellent appearance is formed in a building or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A method for forming a patterned surface performs, onto a base material, (1) a step of forming an under coating surface where at least one or more kinds of colored granular materials are scattered and (2) a step of forming, on the under coating surface, a top coating surface where at least one or more kinds of transparent granular materials having higher transparency than that of the colored granular materials are scattered. It is preferable that the colored granular material in the step (1) is formed by the colored coating material having >5 wt.% of color pigment concentration, and the transparent colored granular material in the step (2) is formed by a transparent colored coating material having≤5 wt.% of color pigment concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
