PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool container including both casing members of the same shape which are easily fitted to each other so as to configure an accommodation space for a rod-shaped tool. SOLUTION: The casing members 10, 20 on one side and on the other side are formed in the same configuration, and the left wall 20b and the right wall 20c of the casing member 20 engage with the left wall 10b and the right wall 10c of the casing member 10, respectively from above. The inner wall part 22 of the left wall 20b of the casing member 20 and the inner wall part 24 of the right wall 20c engage with the inner wall part 12 of the left wall 10b of the casing member 10 and the inner wall 11 of the right wall 10c, respectively from above. The outer wall part 21 of the left wall 20b of the casing member 20 and the outer wall part 23 of the right wall 20c engage on the left side projecting wall part P1 of the casing member 10 and the right side projecting wall part P2, respectively. The left side projecting wall part Q1 of the casing member 20 and the right side projecting wall part Q2 engage on the outer wall part 12 of the left wall 10b of the casing member 10 and the outer wall part 13 of the right wall 10c, respectively.
