摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control device of a vehicle capable of achieving a smooth braking control by suppressing control interference between an avoidance control for avoiding emergency states (a deviation from a road and a collision with a preceding vehicle) of the vehicle and a stabilization control for suitably maintaining a steering characteristic of the vehicle, and to achieve the two controls with a simple constitution of a brake actuator. SOLUTION: This motion control device includes a first hydraulic passage for communicating and connecting two wheel cylinders with each other of wheel cylinders, a second hydraulic passage for communicating and connecting two remaining wheel cylinders with each other which are different from the two wheel cylinders connected to the first hydraulic passage, and first and second pressure regulating means for regulating brake hydraulic pressure of the first and second hydraulic passages. When the emergency avoidance control and the stabilization control are simultaneously executed, the first pressure regulating means is controlled based on emergency state amount acquired by an emergency state amount acquisition means, and the second pressure regulating means is controlled based on steering characteristic amount acquired by a steering characteristic amount acquisition means.
