PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonographic device or the like, capable of generating ultrasonic images without a lot of artifacts, or insufficient sensitivity even to a depth part. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a transmitter/receiver part 21 to transmit two kinds of ultrasonic waves of reverse phases respectively to a plurality of scan lines, and receive a first and a second echo signals EA and EB corresponding to the two kinds of ultrasonic waves respectively for the scan lines, a first addition part 23 to add the first and the second echo signals EA and EB by every scan line to generate a third echo signal EC, a first signal generating means to generate a first processed signal SA based on the first echo signal EA, and a second processed signal SC based on the third echo signal EC, a second addition part 29 to generate a third processed signal SD based on the first and the second processed signals SA and SC, an image processing part 30 to generate an ultrasonic image based on the third processed signal SD, and a display monitor 33 to display the ultrasonic image.
