PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon booklet which does not require a procedure to transcribe a coupon ID in the use field of a coupon to be used through transcription of the coupon ID to a ledger, an application slip, etc. and usage of the coupon booklet. SOLUTION: This coupon booklet is made up of a plurality of rectangular coupons with at least, the same short sides, stacked and bound together. In addition, each coupon is divided into a copy part, the body part of the coupon and a scheduled coupon ID display part by a scheduled separation part formed on the short side.
