The present invention relates to a method of producing small intestine submucosa hydrogel mixing chemical cross-link agents to make cross-link reaction by oxidative polymerization after solubilizing small intestine submucosa powder. Biocompatible small intestine submucosa gel according to the present invention is able to form gel being not easily decomposed by the formation of crosslinking due to oxidative polymerization and physical and chemical properties like gelation time, swelling degree, degradation and mechanical properties can be adjusted according to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, being used as hemostat, drug delivery and tissue engineering supporter. |
