PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic field measuring device for continuously measuring an electromagnetic field around an electronic device or the like by using an electromagnetic field measuring tool such as a probe. SOLUTION: A measurement object M which radiates an electromagnetic field is housed by a case (box 21) which is formed in a box shape with a conductive material. Measurement tool moving and guiding means (lid 22) is formed in a circular shape with a conductive material, is rotatably mounted as a part of a measurement face (measurement faces 21a and 21b) of the case (box 21), and continuously moves an electromagnetic field measuring tool (probe) in a plane by linearly and circularly moving an electromagnetic field measuring point for inserting the electromagnetic field measuring tool (probe) of a linear shape.
