PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet-like postal matter with such advantages that the open rate of a sealed letter on the part of a recipient can be increased and also, an application form or a self-addressed envelope can be enclosed. SOLUTION: A paper piece for saddle stitching 4 is inserted between a sealed letter face cover paper piece 2 and a sealed letter back cover paper piece 3, each of almost the same size, and is bonded at one side edge part. In addition, on the sealed letter back cover paper piece 3, an envelope part 8 compartmentalized by perforations for cutting 6, is arranged. The envelope part 8 includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed along the perforations for cutting 6, a release tape 10 attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and an envelope upper paper 11 which is superposed over the region excepting a region where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged and is bonded at the three circumferential edge parts excepting the opening part side, with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side serving as the opening side. In addition, the paper piece for saddle stitching is arranged at a position inward from the three circumferential edge parts of each of the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the sealed letter back cover paper piece excepting the side of one side edge part. Besides, the part where the back surface of the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the face surface of the sealed letter back cover paper piece are superposed over each other and the back surface of the sealed letter face cover paper piece and the face surface of the envelope upper paper 11 are directly superposed over each other, are releasably bonded together.
