The present invention is to prepare a sulfur EM fermentation fertilizer for foliar application by: mixing phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) to prepare a phosphorus and potassium mixed fertilizer; mixing 150-250 parts by weight of the phosphorus and potassium mixed fertilizer with 100 parts by weight of an EM solution; performing fermentation under anaerobic conditions; and then adding a sulfur component thereto. The EM solution is made by mixing 0.1-2 parts by weight of fructose and 5-20 parts by weight of an original EM liquid with 100 parts by weight of water, followed by curing at a temperature of 29-35°C. When the sulfur EM fermentation fertilizer for foliar application is applied to crops, nutrients in the crops are concentrated on fruits or fertile parts of the crops, thereby significantly increasing the yield of farm products. Further, the sulfur component promotes the absorption of nitrogen and potassium to increase the nutrients in the fruits or fertile parts of the crops and improve the taste, thereby improving the quality of farm products. Further, the fleshes of harvested farm products become firmed, thereby improving the storability and preventing deterioration in product quality even for a long-term storage. |
