The device comprises: a substrate; a light emitting structure having a first conductive semiconductor layer overlapped consecutively on the substrate, an activating layer and a second conductive semiconductor layer; and an ohmic contact layer placed on the first conductive semiconductor layer having a first stepped part, wherein the ohmic contact layer includes a second stepped part corresponding to the first stepped part. |
