The presents invention relates to a wire spiral device of an outdoor fan cover and a method for manufacturing the outdoor fan cover and more specifically, to a wire spiral device of an outdoor fan cover capable of improving productivity and reducing manpower by receiving and continuously winding wires forming the outdoor fan cover in a spiral shape in various ways and also connecting and continuously winding the upper surface and the side surface by tilting operation. According to the present invention, a spiral means continuously winds a wire in a spiral shape in various ways by a rotating operation while receiving a wire to be a main frame. In particular, the spiral means can wind a wire around an upper and side surface of an auxiliary frame part by the tilting operation of the tilting means, thereby rapidly manufacturing the fan covers. Therefore, the present invention can reduce manpower, increase work efficiency and productivity, and then can further increase product prices and quality competitiveness. |
